At Corbett Holidays, we strive to offer transparent and customer-friendly policies. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any services through our website.

All bookings made through www.corbettholidays.com are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellations and refund eligibility vary depending on the service type (e.g., Safari, Hotel, Transport, Package) and time of cancellation.

• Jim Corbett National Park safari bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances as per the forest department’s policy.
   
• Once booked, safari permits cannot be changed, transferred, or cancelled.
   
• Entry into the park is subject to government and weather conditions. In case the park is closed by the Forest Department, no refund will be issued by us.
   

• Cancellation before 15 days of check-in: 80% refund
   
• Cancellation between 7–14 days of check-in: 50% refund
   
• Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: No refund
   
• In case of no-show or early checkout, no refund will be applicable.
   

(Note: Refunds are subject to individual hotel/resort policies and may vary.)

• Cancellation before 30 days of travel date: Full refund (excluding any non-refundable components)
   
• Cancellation between 15–29 days: 50% refund
   
• Cancellation within 14 days of travel: No refund
   
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government lockdowns, etc.), refund decisions will be made case-by-case.
   

• Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 business days of cancellation.
   
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
   
• In some cases, processing charges or gateway fees may be deducted.
   

In rare circumstances, if Corbett Holidays cancels your booking due to reasons such as:

• Unforeseen closures (e.g., park closure, natural calamity)
   
• Overbooking or technical errors
   

We will offer:

• An alternative date/service, or
   
• A full refund, as per your preference
